Since both WiFi and Bluetooth stopped working at the same time, this issue is most likely caused by a firmware or system error rather than a hardware fault.
Please tell me your current system version (go to Settings → System → About device and take a photo of that page). Once I confirm the version, I’ll send you the correct update package and detailed upgrade instructions.
