Hi, thanks for your message.
Even though the AC controls and top buttons are working, please note that those functions are powered separately from the main head unit — this doesn’t necessarily mean the screen or the Android system is powered on.
Please check the following points carefully:
Main power harness connection
Make sure the main 16-pin or 20-pin power plug (with red, yellow, and black wires) is fully inserted and locked into place. Sometimes it looks connected but isn’t making full contact.
ACC (Ignition) power
The unit requires both constant 12V (yellow) and ACC/ignition power (red). Use a multimeter to confirm both wires have voltage when the key is turned on.
Ground wire
Check that the thick black ground wire is firmly connected. A weak or missing ground can cause the top control panel to work while the main unit does not power on.
Fuse check
Inspect both the car’s radio fuse and the small blade fuse on the main power harness for continuity. Replace if blown.
If possible, please share a clear photo of the back of the unit showing the wiring and connectors — this will help us confirm whether the issue is wiring-related or internal to the unit.
Don’t worry, we’ll help you step by step to get the screen working again
