File type: Was the file you downloaded actually a Zlink5 APK file (ending with Login to see the code), not a compressed file or another type?
Installation: Was the APK successfully installed on the head unit? (After installation, you should see the Zlink app icon in the main menu or app list.)
Opening result: When you tap the app, does it not open at all, or does it open but show an error/black screen?
System compatibility: Some firmware only supports specific Zlink versions — for example, certain models only run Zlink4 or a particular release of Zlink5.
