OTA update not installing

I am trying to install the 20250718 system update. The file downloads and extracts fine but when the system reboots it has a dead Android picture and says no command and then doesnt install. It then reboots to the old software.

Hello, this issue occurred because the boot file inside the update package was updated but not properly replaced. We will upload a corrected update file shortly, please kindly wait.

You’re very welcome! I’ll let you know as soon as the corrected update package is ready for download.
This update mainly includes system stability improvements, CANBus compatibility fixes, and performance optimizations.

At the same time, I’m planning to rebuild the entire OTA update project, since the current v2.1.6 version is not very user-friendly and may even be misleading on certain devices. This will take me some time to rewrite.

If you’d like to update now, you can temporarily use the USB update method. In that case, please provide me with your current device version information so I can send you the correct upgrade package.

What is the 10 digit password for the ota app..

The OTA app password is based on the current date and hour of your device.
It follows this format:

YYYYMMDDHH

For example:
If today is October 10th, 2025, and the current time is 2:00 PM, then:

If your system uses 12-hour format, the password is:
👉 Login to see the code
If your system uses 24-hour format, the password is:
👉 Login to see the code

In short — the password uses the current year, month, day, and hour according to your head unit’s system time.
