Focus
Dear User,
Thank you for your feedback! Based on your description, the system detects the reverse gear, but the camera image is not displaying. Please follow these steps to check:
1️⃣ Check Video Signal Connection
✅ Ensure that the RCA video cable from the backup camera is correctly connected to the head unit’s camera input port (10-pin connector).
✅ Make sure all connections are secure and using the correct ports.
2️⃣ Check Head Unit Settings
🔹 Go to Settings > Factory Settings (Enter “3368”) > Reverse Camera
🔹 Select the correct video format:
If you are using the original vehicle camera, select TVI mode.
If you are using our provided camera, select AHD mode.
🔹 After selecting the mode, restart the system:
You can find the “Restart” button in the top pull-down menu of the screen.
Or use the “RST” pinhole on the top left of the device (press it with a SIM ejector pin or a small hard object to restart).
3️⃣ Check Camera Power Supply
🔸 If the camera power is connected to the reverse light, ensure that the reverse light provides a stable 12V power supply.
🔸 Some vehicle reverse lights may have unstable voltage, causing the camera to malfunction. You can:
Put the car into reverse gear without starting the engine and check if the voltage fluctuates.
Try not taking power from the reverse light and instead use the 12V reverse signal provided by the CanBus Box (as shown in the diagram).

Alternatively, you can try using an external stable power source (such as ACC power + relay) to supply power to the camera.
If the issue persists, please let me know, and I will assist you further! You can also provide a video or image of the issue, which will help us diagnose the problem more accurately and assist you more efficiently.
Best,
Leo
