Step 1: Check Your System Version and Download the Corresponding Firmware
To ensure a successful update, start by identifying your car system's version and download the appropriate firmware package from the topic: System Firmware Download.
How to Check and Confirm:
1. Go to Settings → System → About Device.
2. Look for the following details:
CPU Info: Identify the CPU model of your system.
System Info: Note the system resolution.

Step 2: Extract and Prepare the Firmware Files
After downloading the corresponding compressed package (download firmware from System Firmware Download), follow these steps:
1. Extract the Files
Locate the downloaded compressed file and extract its contents.
2. Organize the Files
Open the extracted folder and move all the files into the root directory of a USB drive.
Ensure the files are not placed inside any subfolders.

Step 3: Insert the USB Drive and Start the Upgrade
1. Insert the USB drive (containing the system firmware) into the USB port.
Either the 4-pin USB port or the 6-pin USB port on the head unit can be used.
2. Wait for the system to prompt for an upgrade.
3. Click "Start" to begin the upgrade process, and the system will enter upgrade mode.

Step 4: Complete the Upgrade and Restart the System
1. Once the upgrade is complete, a message in green text will appear:
"Update success! Pls remove device."
2. Remove the USB drive when prompted.
3. The system will automatically restart.

Note:
During the upgrade process, do not restart the head unit, disconnect the power, or remove the USB drive.
Failure to follow these instructions may lead to:
System crashes
Black screens
The system getting stuck at the startup logo, unable to access the main interface
The upgrade process may take 8–15 minutes. Please be patient and wait for the system to complete the upgrade.
