We are struggling with the slow boot up time that this radio has. It’s causing the backup camera to be slow and slow to get into the radio functions.
I’ve read that some Android devices have a sleep or quick boot function that allow it to go into standby for a period of time so that it can ‘instant on’ when the car starts. Is there an option for that with this radio?
Any other advice on how to get the backup camera to respond faster? We’re using the factory camera - we’re considering wiring it directly to the reverse sense or rear lights wire and bypassing the CANBUS.
