WiFi and network disconnects

I’m having trouble staying connected on wifi. I am trying to do either updates which fails (Wifi is on when started and drops after a minute or so. I also tried signing into google account, Wifi is on when started then same as above. I am using eero pro 6e, i do have the ability to turn off ipv6 if needed. I have 4-5 radius bars as a signal. Any help would be appreciated. P.s. How do I change the TPMS to PSI?

Hi, thanks for your message.

Regarding the WiFi issue — under normal conditions, the WiFi connection should remain stable and not disconnect. Please first check your system version information (Settings → System → About device) and share it with us, so we can confirm if a firmware update is needed.

For the tire pressure unit (TPMS) setting:
Please go to
Settings → Factory (enter password 3368) → Original Car Agreement → Tire Pressure Unit Switching,
then change the unit to PSI.

Leo Thanks for the quick reply. I was able to get the canbus update downloaded and installed. I was also able to get my gmail account added.The SYS says renewable and is 1.03gb, and I tried downloading and it failed. I spent a lot of time trying to get this connected for my phone. Zlink is nothing but issues with dropped wifi and bluetoot

!!!! I purchased this on Amazon and it say Android 13 yet it is Android 12. After my canbus update i’m getting static on fm, buffering issues. The TPMS you stated above does not exist on my HU.My factory settings password is 1671. I’ve added the pictures.

Your head unit supports OTA (Over-the-Air) updates, so there’s no need to download anything manually.
Please open the “My Car” app, then go to the “Upgrade” section — once connected to Wi-Fi, it will automatically check for available updates.

Leo Ihave tried, the wifi/hotspot keeps dropping.I got the file as it took over 12 hours to get. When I press upgrade and confirm says copy file failed.

The OTA file I have is K2401NWD_S21802_20250917_231027f3a1168f0e58183ff50eb864987d-all-0-8.zip

I have tried in My Car /upgrade/ check/ sys says upgradeable. I hit that and get Copy Failed. I have also tried extracting to a root usb stick(fat32) and installing the usb as per the group (system upgrade)and get Nothing. I also tried changing the name to update.zip and putting in mnt/media_rw/udiskh/ folder per my screen . I am hoping you can give me an answer as I have spent the last 3 days working on this head unit. This is very frustrating all because of the wifi/hotspot dropping. Please help me! otherwise I’m going to use it for target practice. Thank you!

P.S. only thing I can think of is getting into the boot root screen and trying that, but I don’t know how on this HU.
