Buttons under vertical screen not working.

Everything appears to be working on the vertical touchscreen except the buttons that are underneath the screen. This is base model Focus. Cable 11 is plugged into the port labeled Cable 11, which I assume is for the button controls. Any assistance would be appreciated please.

Are you referring to the row of physical buttons you marked in the image? If so, please make sure the connector behind the panel is securely connected. Then, go to the “SWC” or “Control” section in the system to perform button learning.
