Could you please check if you’ve updated the Carlink 2.0 app from the app store on your head unit?
If not, please update it to the latest version, restart the system, and try connecting again (also delete the previous Bluetooth pairing from both your phone and the head unit before reconnecting).
Additionally, please open the Carlink 2.0 app and tap the gear icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner to enter the settings page. You’ll find the app version number there — could you let us know what version you’re currently using?
