Troubleshooting Guide for No Sound Issue on 9.7-Inch Display Units
We have recently received feedback from several users reporting no sound after installation. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:
Check if the original car has an amplifier:
- If your vehicle is equipped with an amplifier, please manually connect the blue “AMP” wire from the harness to the ACC wire to ensure the amplifier is powered correctly.
Verify the connector status:
- Important: This connector is usually located behind the factory display and should not be connected. Improper connection may lead to no sound output.
Note: This guide applies specifically to units with a 9.7-inch display.
