First, if your original vehicle is equipped with an amplifier, please make sure the AMP control wire is connected to a 12V power source (you can splice it into the red ACC wire on the power harness if needed).
Also, the white audio connector must be properly plugged in — make sure to use the correct plug depending on whether your original car has a factory amplifier.
