Is there a new ota version to install updates? My version is 2.1.6
When i try to update i get a check update error: userdisabled message, so i am unable to download updates and install them.

Thank you for your message. Our latest OTA base version is 3.0.0, which includes major improvements for OTA downloading, MCU optimization, and UI adjustments. However, because this version is currently under compatibility testing for all models, it has not been released publicly yet.

If you would like early access via USB upgrade, please send me your current system version information， After I confirm your model, I will provide you with the correct upgrade package and detailed USB installation steps.

I will wait for new version. When is the estimated release of 3.0.0 and will it be able to be updated with current ota app?

Yes, it will be supported ✅
You can update directly through the current OTA app.
Once version 3.0.0 is released, you will receive an update notification in the Device Info → App Update section

Downloaded and update and went thru the install process but still shows I have old system version.

Thank you for your feedback! For devices with the UIS8581A chipset and 1280×800 resolution, the version currently on the server is indeed from July. The first unit we used for compatibility testing was this model, so we forgot to update the version number—apologies for that.
We are now preparing the November update, which should be uploaded within the next few days. The new version optimizes the system and removes duplicate APKs (such as Google Maps). Once uploaded, you’ll be able to update it via OTA.
