Regarding the CarPlay not working issue, please check the following:
Open the “CarLink 2.0” app and tap the settings icon in the top right corner to check the current version (see image below).

If the version does not match the latest one, please update the CarLink 2.0 app from the App Store (see image below).

Note: After updating, please go to Bluetooth > Bluetooth Settings > Reset on the head unit, and also delete the pairing record on your phone before reconnecting.

Regarding the climate control issue:
Please also update the three CAN bus-related apps from the App Store.

Additionally, I’d like to know:
Do you currently see any door information on the screen (e.g., an icon when a door is opened)?
When you use the original physical climate control buttons, does a climate information window pop up on the display?

Regarding the temperature unit (Celsius/Fahrenheit):
Please go to Vehicle Settings and find the Unit Settings section — you can switch the temperature unit there.
